Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
The honest answer, first
There is nothing here to sell. Advertising storage is denied on this site at all times, so no advertising identifier is created and no advertising profile is built from your visit.
What this site does measure is traffic: pages viewed and links clicked, through Google Analytics 4. The control on this page switches that off.
What the control does
Set it and analytics collection stops in this browser immediately. You do not need to reload the page for it to take hold.
It is stored locally, in the browser where you set it. It does not carry to another browser, another device, or a private window.
Clearing your site data clears the setting too, so it will need setting again.
Loading your current setting.
Global Privacy Control
If your browser or an extension sends a Global Privacy Control signal, it is honored automatically, and it is checked before measurement starts.
With that signal on, measurement does not begin at all and there is nothing here you need to click.
What keeps working after you opt out
The site itself keeps working, so pages load, links work, and the comparison boards render exactly as they did before.
An outbound click to a paid partner still passes the identifiers the affiliate network needs to attribute it. Those identifiers name the page, the position, and the provider, not the person clicking.
That attribution is how the site is funded. It is not a profile of you, and switching off measurement does not switch it off.
Sending a formal request
Residents of states with consumer privacy laws can send a request to hello@compareglp.org. Someone acting on your behalf can send it for you.
Because this site keeps no account and no name, a request usually has nothing attached to it to return or delete. It is still read and still answered.
More detail
Privacy sets out what is collected, what is never collected, and how the consent settings are configured from the first request onward.
