GLP-1 Providers, Scored and Compared

16 telehealth providers, scored on the same 4 published disclosures and ranked across 6 boards.

A monthly GLP-1 price is only comparable once you know the term it assumes. Two sellers can advertise similar figures and still be far apart on what a year costs, because one rate is a prepaid year and the other is a first month.

Start with a board if you are still choosing. Start with a review if you already have a provider name in mind. Either way, every figure below is printed with the qualifier it came with.

compareglp may earn a commission when a reader signs up with a provider through a link on this site. None of the 16 providers reviewed here are paid partners today. See how this works.

All 16 providers, scored

A score is a count of the 4 disclosures a provider publishes, scaled to ten. The figure beside it is the lowest price that provider lists, with the term that price assumes. Open a review for the full pricing table and the sources behind it.

Start with a board

Each board answers one shopping question and ranks only the providers that qualify for it. The count on each card is live: it is the same list the board itself renders.

Or start with a provider

Every review runs in the same order: the verdict first, then the price with its term, then what the provider publishes and where it falls short. Each one also compares that provider against the others.

The questions that come after the price

Choosing a provider is the first decision, not the last. These guides cover the day-to-day of taking a GLP-1 and the insurance side of paying for one. None of them is medical advice, and each routes a clinical question back to a prescriber.

How every provider here is scored

Every provider on this page earns one point for each of the four items below that it satisfies, out of a possible four. That count is scaled to a score out of 10 — two of four satisfied is a 5.0, for example. The score never factors in an FDA warning letter: a letter discloses, it does not disqualify.

  1. Names its compounding pharmacy. The provider publishes the name of the pharmacy that compounds and fills the prescription, not only a general licensing claim.
  2. Publishes its price. A reader can find a real monthly figure on the provider’s own site before starting an intake, with its billing cycle or plan term stated.
  3. Ships to all 50 states. The provider is licensed to prescribe and ship in every state, not a subset.
  4. Offers a brand-name option. The provider also lists an FDA-approved brand-name GLP-1 (such as Wegovy, Ozempic, Zepbound, or Mounjaro), not only a compounded product.

Every rubric item above is a fact declared from research, checked against the provider’s own site — never a word count or a keyword match run over review text. Prices are re-verified on the date printed next to each figure and always carry their billing cycle or plan term. Ranking position never depends on which providers pay a commission: none of the 16 providers reviewed on this site is a paid partner today (see the disclosure above), and the same rule holds if that changes.

Frequently asked questions

How is a provider scored?

It earns one point for each of the 4 disclosures listed above that it publishes, and that count is scaled to a score out of ten. Nothing else moves it. An FDA warning letter is disclosed on the review that concerns it, and it never changes a score or a ranking position.

Does compareglp get paid by the providers it ranks?

None of the 16 providers listed here is a paid partner today. compareglp can earn a commission when a reader signs up with a provider through a link here. Ranking position comes from the scoring rubric alone, and that will not change when the first paid partnership is signed.

How current are these prices?

There are 42 price rows across the 16 providers. Each one is printed with the month it was last read, next to a link to the provider page it came from. The most recent re-read was September 2026. A price on a provider’s site can change the day after it is read, so confirm the figure before you enroll.
